Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes. We accept all major private health funds. We recommend checking with your health fund regarding your level of cover and available benefits.

Do you accept GP Care Plans?

Do you accept CTP and Workcover?

Please contact our team before your appointment so we can confirm the required claim details and ensure all paperwork is in place.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking is easy. You can book online at any time, call us on (07) 5531 9555, or fill in the enquiry form on this page and our team will get back to you to lock in a time that suits. Best of all, we keep appointments available every day — so when you call, we'll always have a spot for you the same day.

What happens during my first appointment?

Your first visit is all about getting to the bottom of what's going on. Your physiotherapist will take the time to understand your history, assess how you're moving, and work out the real cause of your problem. From there, you'll get a clear explanation of what's happening and a plan for what comes next, so you leave knowing exactly where you stand.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on you and your condition, how long it's been going on, and your goals. Some people need only a handful of sessions, others benefit from longer-term support. After your first assessment, your physiotherapist will give you an honest idea of what your recovery is likely to involve, so there are no surprises. We'll never book you in for more than you need.

Do you offer supervised exercise sessions?

Yes. Alongside one-on-one care, we run supervised group classes including FIT50 (designed for over-50s), Hip and Knee classes and targeted strength programs. Our accredited Exercise Physiologists also guide you through individualised exercise programs — so whether you prefer a class setting or one-on-one, you're always in expert hands.

Does this sound familiar?

  • It comes and goes — so I keep putting off doing anything about it

  • I've stopped doing things I love just to avoid the pain.

  • I'm scared that if I push it, I'll make it worse

Don't worry, we can help!
